About the event

WHAT IS LIVE CODING?

Live coding is a performative art based on music and/or visuals generated through the interactive writing of a programming code. The performer writes the source code live in the form of algorithms and, once the algorithm is completed, it's decoded by the machine in the form of sound or image.

We offer a second introductory class to live coding (for musical performance) open to everyone - from musicians who want to introduce themselves to creative coding, to programmers who want to implement art in their practice, to beginners with no previous experience in music/art/programming. 16:30-19:30 introduction to Tidal Cycles with Andrea Guerriero (Electric Dreams)
